Discipleship In Action
The Discipleship in Action Program was prepared by Word of Lfie Bible Clubs in order to encourage young Christians to develop godly habits in their lives. This program can help greatly in a young person’s spiritual growth. Discipline has a deep effect on the entire Christian life. Those who complete the entire program have the privilege of attending one camp organized by Word of Life Poland for one week at no cost.
Quiet Time
A daily time spent concentrating on God, praying and reading the Word of God. A Quiet Time diary must be filled out daily and checked by the leader .
Christian Service
15 Christian services should be completed from the WOL Christian Service list. The same Christian service may only be used 3 times in one year. Only one service per week may be counted toward the program.
Verse Memorization
All verses from the WOL Scripture Memory Pak must be learned and recited to the leader.
Book Reading
3 Christian books chosen by Word of Life should be read and a report completed and given to the leader.
Church Attendance
The young person should regularly attend the services of the church. Perfect attendance is not required but the key is regular.
Club Attendance
The young person should regularly attend the Word of Life Club. Perfect attendance is not required but the key is regular.
Bring a visitor to Club
Bring at least one visitor to your Word of Life Club during the school year.
Verse exam
At the end of May a written verse exam will be given. A score of 80% is required. If the first exam is not passed, there will be a chance for one make-up exam.
